I spent over a year sourcing a supplier for custom bags. Shenzen Ouwei Handbag did a terrific job for us. I have been especially pleased with Amber Li, our liaison with Schenzen. We had many questions and required two samples and she was patient and helpful throughout the process. When the boxes were shipped Amber sent me a photo of the boxes on the truck and tracking numbers for the packages. I could not be happier with our experience and should we need something like this in the future I will contact Amber Li. She has been terrific.

Supplier was dishonest to us when we asked questions initially about the product. I even try to keep confirming it and they kept agreeing on it. when the product came out, I asked why is there a difference, and they tried to avoid the question till I have to ask again. then they said the truth. dishonest.
